About Our Estate Vineyard
The Mediterranean Estate vineyard was originally planted by the previous owners of the property, who named it Palissandro, in 2006. They chose all Italian varietals, including an Italian clone of Cabernet Sauvignon, as a nod to their Italian heritage.
We have farmed the vineyard since 2016 and replanted half of the Montepulciano block to Charbono in 2019. We farm sustainably, striving to achieve a balance with the natural ecosystem and minimizing use of water and amendments.
